Raukele plan to make up for loss in Lae cricket

RAUKELE will be going out in force to avenge their loss to competition leaders Hoods last week.
They are going to make Kadeboro pay in Lae cricket competition tomorrow.
Captain Kei Vuivagi and his brother Ravu and Vivian Kila were at the helm of the team’s improved performance and the inclusion of experienced Gure brothers, Jason and Iamo, and their uncle Namana should add depth to the side.
Kadeboro must play as a team and make use of Kopi Kopi, Raka Sinaka, Uaki Sese, Nou Ipi, Moale Samuel and Manoka Bae to strengthen their batting.
Sinaka and Kopi are the two most experienced players and they must lead from the front to give Kadeboro a chance.
Hoods will be looking forward to a repeat performance when they take on Sirovai in another interesting game on Sunday.
Hoods put on an impressive performance with the inclusion of their veteran players comprising of William Maha, Olo Ilaraki and Walo Au, which boosted their morale with an impressive win over Raukele.
A repeat performance is expected from father Ilaraki and son Alan.
The return of Jackson Varsillie adds strength to their side.
Sirovai face an uphill battle and need to improve their batting and bowling to upset Hoods.
Meanwhile, Niugini Oil A and B grade teams are on bye and will be providing umpires for all the senior matches.
