Sidelining of Nape by NEC not a surprise

IT does not come as a surprise that Nape is sidelined by the National Executive Council for the mismanagement of parliamentary funds.
Whilst NEC may not have the power to sideline Nape as it is a matter for Parliament to decide, the issue of mismanagement has at last becomes public.
His action has brought disgrace to the office of the speaker and the people of Sinasina Yongomugl.
On the same token, the Ombudsman Commission should also liaise with the office of Rural Development to see how the electoral development funds for Sinasina Yongomugl had been managed over the last five years.
Clearly, there is no impact and sustainable projects in the electorate, basic services in the electorate are deteriorating.
A total of four Landcruisers bought in 2004 ended up in the hands of individual political cronies and are no longer running.
