Baki needs to control minority of bad cops

Gari Baki has done a lot of good jobs, but there is still no control over a minority group of policemen and others who pretend to be policemen or reserve police and have access to high-powered guns and ammunitions belonging to the police force.
They are constantly violating the procedures and practices in the Force. One of the many classic examples is the provisions of escort and security services to private companies.
Is their engagements endorsed by the National Security Unit (NSU) of the Special Service Division (SSD), which is the appropriate section that should be consulted to make arrangement to provide this type of service to individuals and business houses.
Can the Police Minister get his commissioner to justify the transfer he made as well as the appointment of divisional commanders and provincial commanders?
Though he has done a lot of good jobs since taking up this office as a commissioner of the police, there are still pressing issues that need to be tackled to bring back the good image of the police force to an acceptable standard.
