When will justice prevail?

I am just wondering if the five journalists who have been summoned to appear before the Defence inquiry can take a leaf out of the Prime Minister’s book and simply refuse – as they are not Defence personnel.
In fact – can we all refuse to go to court – because we are not legal people?
I think the Moti inquiry is going the same way as the NPF saga – plenty of proof of guilt but no one seems guilty.
This is a sad indictment on this nation and vindication of the Australian foreign minister Alexander Downer’s stance on the matter.
