School in appalling condition

MANY teachers and students are looking forward to making 2007 a year to remember.
While some schools may appreciate their facilities, including dormitories, classrooms, teachers houses, etc,  one wonders if  authorities in Finschhafen or Morobe province have looked into the state of dormitories (especially for the boys), at the new Dregerhafen Technical Secondary High School.
While dropping off my son to begin his Grade 9 at Dregerhafen recently, I was saddened to see the state of the dormitories.
They are far from the state they were in when I was a student there more then 25 years ago.
The title accorded is a far cry from its conditions. Did the Morobe provincial education board inspect the school before according the title?
Can the schools’ authority tell  parents how it plans to improve the students’ living conditions. Where have all the monies donated by the provincial government or by Governor Luther Wenge and other visiting Momase governors last year gone to?
Please provide reports and make them accessible to all stakeholders.
