Common people are hurting

THE common people on the streets are hurting as they see what is transpiring among major stakeholders in the Defence Force Board of Inquiry into the Moti affair.
How can the same Government which had allowed this inquiry, funded at huge costs, go ahead and disband it.
Was this inquiry intended only to be a rubber stamp just like many other previous inquiries?
Now that it is beginning to hurt, the Government is flexing its muscles to disband it.
It does not matter what legal language is used to make it sound and feel right for the disbandment, the people on the streets of our towns and villages are hurting.
While there is great respect for Sir Michael Somare in the hearts of common Papua New Guineans, that same heart is beginning to hurt as a result of recent events.
We can only pray for the truth to prevail.
