Clubs urged to affiliate

ALL Buimo off-season league clubs urged to pay up their respective club affiliation fees of K300 before they can take the field this weekend.
Games coordinator Esson Egoro said yesterday that all the clubs who are participating in the Buimo off-season rugby league competition must pay up their club affiliation fees or they will not take the field.
“I want to remind all the clubs that we are approaching our league finals and I urge those clubs who have not paid their fees in full to make every effort to complete their fess before the weekend games to avoid any forfeiture of their games,” Egoro said.
“It had taken too long for the clubs to come forward to make payments and I’m a bit disappointed with them for not playing their part to come forward and do the right thing to pay up their affiliation fees,” he said.
Egoro said they had until close of business today to complete all necessary affiliation and registration documents.
Meanwhile, in the “A” grade games on Saturday will see Landslides will take on Bundi Giants and Magpies takes on Eels.
Souths will battle it out with Stones, Bulls will face an uphill battle against Getson and United meet Dudus in another interesting encounter on Sunday.
