Tomiape, Libe must explain absence

CAN Tom Tomiape and Balus Libe, both MPs from Southern Highalnds, explain to the people of Hela why they were not present in Parliament  last week during the debate to extend the State of Emergency (SoE) in the province? 
Why were they absent when MPs from other provinces debated issues affecting SHP?
The Hela people want to know why they both walked out of the chamber before Parliament voted on the SoE extension.
