Rigo man hacked to death

AN ELDERLY Central man was hacked to death last Monday.
However, police are still trying to identify the suspect or suspects involved.
The body of the man, believed to be in his 50s, from Ginigolo village in Rigo district, was found lying in a pool of blood by his son and daughter-in-law.
Central provincial police commander Chief Insp Peter Taiang said the man had been chopped up.
Mr Taiang appealed to the villagers who may have information concerning the identities of the suspects.
