Re-open Jimi’s Tabibuga Health Centre

This is in response to the concern raised by Bal, Jimi district administrator, in The National regarding closure of the Tabibuga Health Centre for nearly a year.
Kindly take note that this health centre is the only centre that has been providing health services to the people of Jimi.
If the MP’s intention was to renovate it, would he provide other avenues for the services to be provided while the renovation is continuing?
He should rather do this than totally shut down the service and do nothing about it.
If the MP could go into some villages in Jimi and do a survey of the number of deaths, he will definitely see some deaths from curable diseases.
Some people on life support are using bush medicines and herbs.
Please, consider the simple, innocent people who struggle to survive in a remote place like Jimi.
Can the MP re-open the health centre?
I’m sure a real leader wouldn’t want to see his people die from simple, curable diseases.
