Who is the most corrupt group?

Who is the most corrupt group of people in our country? Many simple minds are going to say people in Parliament. But some of the most wonderful and comprehensive policies have been passed in the Parliament.
How is it that we don’t focus on the implementers, especially the departmental heads of the public service and their senior officers? How about you and me? What can we do to stop corruption?
The debate about Haus Tambaran will be futile and so is the effort to curb corruption if we continue to blame the environment and not ourselves and the systems and processes that promotes corruption.
Pastor or layman, professional or grassroot mas sanap strong (must stand firm), sekim em yet na tokim em yet (assess himself or herself before telling himself or herself), I will do everything in my power to avoid corruption or corrupt activities.
Getting rid of the Haus Man is a simplistic solution that is unrealistic and costly.
