Mobile phone service is poor

AS I go to top up my mobile phone with another pre-paid card, as the K50 I put in earlier in the day has already run out, I yet again am frustrated as I cannot even get through to the 1250 number.
I am beginning to think I should just wait until one of the two other mobile companies which have been granted licences, to launch its network.
Not only is B-Mobile’s service abysmal but to add insult to injury, it is very expensive. What kind of service is that to pay for?
I also do not understand how the Independent Consumer and Competition Commission can sanction B-Mobile’s tariffs against the service it delivers.
On its website, it states under Telikom PNG that the commission is required under the regulatory contract to ensure that charges for each service complements the level of service that it is expected to be provided.
Can anyone say B-Mobile delivers to this statement? I think not.
I for one am willing to wait for a competitive marketplace where the prices are cheaper, services are better and the customer comes first!

Patiently waiting
