KSI donates PC to Cheshire Home

By ELIJAH FAIPARIK
KINA Securities Ltd has donated a computer set to the Cheshire Home of PNG to replace the one stolen recently at its offices in Port Moresby along with important documents.
Marketing manager Beatrice Mahuru said as a responsible and caring corporate member in the community, Kina would like to donate a computer set to the Cheshire Home of PNG.
Ms Mahuru said it was not new but it would help the home in providing services to its clients.
“It is through our kindness that we are donating this computer set to the Cheshire Home,” she said.
Cheshire Home administrator Solo Damena was very pleased with the donation and thanked the Kina Securities for its kindness.
Mr Damena urged people not to buy stolen goods because they are only cheating themselves and encouraging crime.
He was specifically referring to the PC unit stolen from its office, which he said contained vital data on its many clients and its daily operations.
Meanwhile, Mr Damena said the home needed more computer sets for use at its physiotherapy unit, inclusive school, self-care unit and other service units.
