Thank you for supplying water

THANKS to both the NCD Governor and Eda Ranu for the initiative to connect water supply to the settlements.
I am sure that Eda Ranu has assessed the economic viability of the arrangement.
It will definitely increase non-revenue water consumption and its associated production and maintenance cost.
I am sure rate-players will not have to compensate for this.
