Highlands Pacific share issuance

Highlands Pacific Ltd has adopted resolutions concerning the recently announced placement of shares and options to Resource Capital Fund IV (RCF IV) to raise US$20 million (K62.50 million) during a special meeting at the Crowne Plaza yesterday.
The resolutions included among others:
*Issuance of 3,336,300 ordinary fully paid shares by way of a share placement to RCF IV, L.P;
*Issue of options to RCF IV L.P (10,756,477 options at an exercised price of A$0.50), (10,756,477 options at an exercise price of A$0.55), (10,756,477 options at an exercise price of A$0.60), (10,756,477 options at an exercise price of A$0.65);
*Ratification of the issue of 82,715,518 ordinary fully paid shares to Resource Capital Fund IV L.P

*Ratification of the issue of 2,000,000 options to employees.
