Biased views upsetting

I ALWAYS feel disturb when I read biased and emotional views on Southern Highlands and Enga.
The writers should understand one simple fact: both provinces are not mini States within a State.
Our Constitution defines both as provinces and views on them should reflect that.
I find the comments on the two governors also absurd and stupid.
Hami Yawari can be described as the worst-performing governor in the highlands region.
He cannot challenge newly-appointed administrator William Powi because the latter is top bureaucrat.
Yawari’s only answer is to hand out bags of cash to the people, especially those in Nipa.
Peter Ipatas may claim credit for paying the children’s school fees and putting up some infrastructure but he is no better than Yawari.
Don Polye and Sam Abal have every right to interfere in the affairs of the two provinces when they see poor governance as they are ministers.
The National Government should suspend both governors and place the two provinces under a State of Emergency.
