Fix our phone lines, Telikom
I AM writing again to urgently urge Telikom technicians who have been working on job numbers 2008-01-3485 and 3007-11-1523 for Caritas PNG phone lines 325 6485 and 325 6255 respectively, to please perform your duties more efficiently and effectively.
Let me update you on what you have done so far. You attended to our problem Feb 21.
We were able to use our phones for the rest of the day but they went out again the following day.
We reported the matter and you finally turned up on March 11 to “fix” the problem.
Unfortunately, our “repaired” phone lines lasted less than 24 hours.
Currently, the Caritas PNG office is as quiet as a graveyard, no thanks to Telikom, whom we pay so much in return for such a poor service.
Come on, Telikom. We cannot be going to the media just to wake you up to do your job properly.
Please do visit our office along Godwit Road, Gordon, and fix our problem once and for all.
