Let God in on AIDS fight

JERRY Molean was spot on with his letter published on March 15.
As an infected person, I salute both him and Hatti for emphasising biblical principles in addressing the HIV/AIDS issue.
Living with the virus for the last six years, I have identified the following tools that will suppress the most fancied virus to an undetectable level:
*Unconditionally obeying and actioning the word of God in faith;
*Behaviour change – no backsliding, no room for carnality;
*Positive thinking and actioning – programming one’s mind towards healing and restoration, spiritually and physically;
*Commitment, consistency and being faithful to all anti-retroviral drugs; and
*Personal health and hygiene
Point for thought, Jerry, the early church was never corrupt, but the individual people were of course corrupt even today.
The world remains pure and irreversible.
In all my past and present advocacy of positive living with HIV/AIDS, this has always been my introduction.
I maintain that no government, no NGO, no CBO, no institution, no amount of money will bring this epidemic to end without God.
God has to be made the fore runner.
In obedience to God and in faith, I am enjoying a new lease of life through the anti-retroviral therapy.
God fought the virus for me, I simply cooperated. Victory is mine now!
