Few changes to PNG side to meet Tonga

By SAMPSON BONAI
A few changes will be made when Tonga take on PNG in the second game of OFC women World Cup qualifier today at Sir Ignatius Kilage Stadium in Lae.
Tonga coach Ulele Kilifi that admitted their loss to New Zealand on Sunday was because they lacked ball possession for a good part of the game because the midfielders were not feeding the flankers and the strikers with enough balls to create opportunity to score goals.
"I will make a few changes and will be looking at our strengths and weaknesses, and will to improve in our ball control in the midfield area to ensure that we feed our flankers and strikers up front to score goals for us," Kilifi said.
"We would try our very best to improve on our next game. I would rely on Vasi Feke to lead the girls up front to penetrate into PNG territory and to score goals," he said.
Filiki said he was happy with Feke for scoring their only goal against New Zealand after they broke through and beat their last defender to score the only goal. "That was a great feeling".
He said that was their first time to play against New Zealand and they would improve on their performance and would concentrate on their ball possession and in the midfield area to driver the ball forward.
He had a few injuries in the side and the doctor will check and clear the players before he finalises his team today to take on PNG today.
Tonga's possible line-up: Neomi Lototonunga Tupou, Lose Pongilau Pele, Emelia Moala, Karen Marie Uta Atu, PenatetiLapiungi Feke, Vasi Feke, Salone Sela Va,enuku, Sala Veamtahau, Lupe Taufahemia,Pesi Talamonuu Napa'a, Mele Teukialupe Likiliki,Atelaite Taufa Manu, Kaati Fetokai Malua and Nasaleti Fiefa Kalavi.
