PFP outlines policies

THE People’s Freedom Party (PFP) has set out its policies, party platforms and candidates for the next five years in light of the approaching general election.
Party leader Moses Murray said the party believed that change must start and finish with a person.
He said the party was committed to serving in honesty, purity, unselfishness, love and service.
He said the party platform was based on honesty, justice, peace and development.
Mr Murray spoke at the Hideaway Hotel in Port Moresby where he outlined the party’s policies.
Its policies are on addressing leadership, the Human Rights Commission and ICAC, attitude problem, nil customary land registration, support for land compensation, support for churches and NGOs by voluntarily tithing of 10% tax revenue, employer - employee rights, judicial services, education and national development, health, natural resources and environment, food security and import- export controls and disciplined forces and national services.
PFP’s candidates are Moses Murray (East Sepik Regional), Patrick Harricknen (Yangoru Saussia Open), Ludwig Schults (Angoram Open), Santee Lou Margis (Kavieng Open), Gregory Binoka (Kiriwina Goodenough Open), John Konts (Hagen Open), Mark Kelep (Manus Open), Nixon Famane (Okapa Open), Perai Daniel Manai (Goilala Open) and Wellington Jojoga (Oro Regional).
