Bulldogs ready

13A Nestle Milo Bulldogs will meet Lae Panthers in the Lae rugby league this Sunday at 2.30pm. And they want a win to avenge for the Easter Cup pre-season loss to the Panthers.
They have momentum in blockbusting lock forward Larson Amean, Gideon Peter, Jessie Torex and Jonathan Tiri to cause problems for the Panthers.
The backline will have captain Simon Meng and Wally Daba to ensure the Bulldogs beat their rivals good and proper.
However, Panthers fast play led by captain Alfie Nima,Abraham Max,Richard Kup and Isaac Titus is much more life-threatening for boys from the 13A bus route areas.
Nima and Titus were in the devastating form last week when they defeated Magani 16-12. Their combination is a weapon for Panthers to be wary of because they can pounce from any angle.
In other Sunday game 14B Pirates will meet Kamkumung Crushers at 1pm.
Tomorrow, Highway Inn Royals will hunt for Magani at 1pm while Lae Biscuit Spiders play Lee Supplies Brothers at 2:30pm.Tigers will have a bye this weekend.
All reserve grade games will be played on Saturday except for Pirates/Crushers and Panthers/Bulldogs' games.
Meanwhile, Lae rugby league executive officer David Atua said the Under 19 season proper games will kick off tomorrow at 9am after a four-week delay because of player registration hiccups.
"Under the constitution of Papua New Guinea Rugby Football league (PNGRFL) for player's registration, every player must register before taking the field", Atua said.
