Outburst on higher education interesting

THE outburst by the chairman of Commission of Higher Education criticising the Government for emphasising the general education sector rather than higher education is interesting.
If Simon Kenehe is so convinced that bigger investment in higher education will bring better economic growth, I hope he has a good plan to address how to employ the many university graduates currently seeking employment.
On the issue of the Government not emphasising higher education in the MTDS, the question is what has the Office of Higher Education done to ensure the oversight is corrected?
