Oil Search shares hit A$3.88

OIL Search share prices continued its upward surge yesterday when it rose by A$0.08, or 2.1%, to A$3.88 a share following Wednesday’s rise of A$0.17.
The increase in share prices followed corporate presentations at an Asian road show and a generally bullish outlook for rapid progress on the company’s first LNG project in PNG.
Oil Search expects to maintain oil production in PNG at around 50,000 barrels a day over the next three years and will commence oil production later this year in Egypt, in addition to production from Yemen.
