Governor failed to deliver services

THE people of Eastern Highlands have every reason to remove Governor Malcolm Kela-Smith in the coming general election.
He failed to deliver several promises during his five-year term, namely:
*He has failed to recoup K6million that the provincial government paid to Paraka Lawyers by Peti Lafanama;
*He promised the people of Okapa that he would bring roads right to their haus lain but to date, has not fixed the roads;
*He has failed to fix the roads in and around Goroka; and
*He has failed to fix the feeder roads.
The governor must also tell the people where he and Norman Carver have diverted all the monies from Nokondi Investment.
