Nawaeb High shut down
400 students sent home over fighting
OVER 400 students were sent home and a widow and her six children left homeless following a fight last weekend between students and the community around the Nawaeb High School in Morobe province.

Fruit of his labour... Norman Habe of Tari in the Southern Highlands province is reaping the fruits of his labour in a big way. This week, he has been selling pumpkins at the Gordon Market in Port Moresby for prices ranging from K5 to K15. The National's photographer WILLIAM WILLIANDO caught up with Mr Habe selling this pumpkin for K15 yesterday at the market. Mr Habe harvested the pumpkins from his backyard at Erima.
