Harlies slip further

Harlequins have slipped to third on the Port Moresby rugby union points table after round 11 following their three point loss to Defence at Bava Park over the weekend. Ironically, this was Harlies second season loss to the same team. Defence beat them 28-25 and 22-14 three weeks ago.
Harlequins and leaders University had set the pace since the competition started however the Kone Sharks have taken over second place following their 22-14 win over the Southern Chiefs. The Sharks have been in good form winning all of their past four matches.
Premier division table: University (30), Kone (25), Harlequins (23), Defence (18), Wanderers (17), Brothers (16) and Chiefs (7).
The ladder has not been updated to reflect the results of the abandoned Wanderers and Defence match and may be readjusted pending the outcome of the judicial review into the University and Defence match from week 9.
Rulings on those matches plus other disciplinary matters should be handed down following a judiciary meeting this Thursday.
