SWEEPING changes have been announced at Finance and Planning Department following fresh revelations of fraud and abuse of processes.

Little beauties... SEVEN contestants will take part in the 2007 Little Princess of the World contest, which is an annual charity event that raises funds for the PNG Children Foundation. The launching of the contest was held at Lamana and was attended by sponsors, families and the contestants. Among those who attended was NCD Governor Wari Vele who pledged K70,000 to the PNG Children's Foundation. Mr Vele said all seven contestants (pictured above with last year’s winner and runner-up) would collect K10,000 each to kick start their fundraising drive.
