Blind misuse of public funds

Members of Parliament enjoy an array of privileges during their term(s) in Parliament at the expenses of the tax payers.
The right to have access to these privileges stems from the office they are mandated to occupy in Parliament by their respective voters.
Once a member is ousted via the formal democratic process of voting in an election or otherwise, the member loses the privileges outright and should not be entitled to any parliamentary benefits thereafter.
The MPs pension benefit now in place was established by greed-driven and egoistic parliamentarians and should be done away with.
I share the sentiment with other concerned Papua New Guineans that the MPs pension is a blind misuse of tax payers money.
The millions of kina that go “missing” can be put to good use for the benefit of all the citizenry.
