Teaming up with Morobe Country

The netball selectors have selected four sides to represent Morobe Country in the upcoming Flame-sponsored National Netball championships in Lae.
The team that will represent Morobe Country would be in the masters, senior, Under 13 and Under 17.
The championships would be held during the Independence weekend in September.
Morobe Country Netball Association president Nawio Titus announced the squad this week saying that the players were selected at the Morobe Country Championship held in Situm early this month.
“We are confident of doing well at the coming national championships and hope to get some members into the Team Morobe for the coming PNG Games to be held in Lae in November,” she said.
The seniors:: Yanda wageng, Arlin James, Jenny Tepo, Allison Benny, Stephanie Kapena, Ori Fae, Dau Moses, Martha Lavaki and Ellie Graham (Munum), Jenny Dickson, Yabo Mabby, Cecelia Naloa, Heredae David, Namrah David, Samaridao Natia, Naring Langim, Theodora Ligo and Waku Giling (Nadzab), Olive Dua, Tina Malala, Yallie Mark, Nancy Sisiat, Bathsheba Ambrias, Christina Peter, Anna Joshua, Damanta Senie, Beverely Naho, Margaret Gido, Rebeccas Takos, Yasum Jerry, Celine Belepuma and Rosemary Papi (Situm),Ruth Asar, Mina Kidabing, Leah Steven, Julie Amun, Emma Patrick, Melanie Francis and Martha Balo (Marafri), Marsh Steven, Kika Kipi and Besi Mike (Mare).
