Hunter Nandex makes it finally

PAPUA NEW GUINEA’S world rated Kickboxing champion, Stanley “headhunter” Nandex has made it to the grand final in an international fight in Kibris, Cyprus, at tonight (8pm PNG time).
Despite sustaining injuries to his right rib in the last fight, Nandex is confident and ready to fight.
“I am 100% ready and fit to fight this Friday. I have no choice but to finish my tournament,” he said in a statement.
Nandex said kickboxing was quite a dangerous sport and fighting every week with world class fighters was a big challenge.
It’s a dangerous sport, fighting every week with world class fighters around the world is not easy.
“But having in mind that five million Papua New Guineans will be with me here during my fight. I have done it for my country and I will still do it again,” Nandex said.
Nandex is entering the ring for the fifth time – he has won the previous four by knockouts.
He is representing PNG but is placed in Team Turkey fighting against Team World.
Nandex will be stepping into the ring with his trademark bow and arrow as a hunter with his entertaining mix of traditional dance from PNG.
The fight will be televised live on Turkish Show TV Channel across Asia, Europe, Middle East and America.
