B-Mobile face real challenge

Sports

By HENRY MORABANG
GIANT killers B-Mobile will face an uphill battle in Port Moresby menís premier soccer competition when they meet University in the main game on Sunday at the Bisini Soccer ground.
B-Mobile, who caused an upset last weekend by defeating Momase 2-1, are looking forward to another win against the former PMSA giants.
Coach Joe Ginisi will be counting on goal scorers Blaise, Leonard Louma and the Salaiau brothers Michael and Timothy, Eka Pore, Tony Sapan, Blaise Tulem, Junior Louma, Eddy Edmond and Oliver Gawi
B-Mobileís major objective is not to allow University to score with ease.
University coach John Davani knows that he will miss the services of his skipper Trevor Ire, and Reginald Davani who are currently with national team in the Solomon Islands.
However, he has enough players from the bench to stand it for them.
It should be an interesting match.
In the other premier match, Rapatona will take Cosmos
The Manus team will be without their skipper Russel Inai who is also in the Solomon Islands. However, coach Robert Popat will be calling on John Baulo, Clinton Caleb, Andrew Marampau jnr, Chique Posman Richard Sios, Ravu Habuka, Ricky Mesak, and Kolowih Kaluwin, to see them through against Cosmos.
Cosmos have senior players such as Michael Sigamata, John Siwin, and Desmond Sow to see them through another weekend.
The Verave and PS Rutz match tomorrow will be interesting to watch. The locals from Hula will be out for the Pukpuksí blood and this should keep the spectators on their toes throughout the match.
Verave should beat PS Rutz,
Guria will have a hard time over PRK Souths and Momase to shot down Defence.
The points ladder so far: Souths 25, Cosmos 22, PS Rutz 22, Uni 19, Momase 18, Defence 16, Verave 15, Rapatona 13, Guria 8 and B-Mobile 8.
