Who sold the Moti report?

I HAVE just completed reading the 117-page Moti final report online.
The findings aside, what really upsets me is the fact that this report is on the internet courtesy of The Australian newspaper.
How did it obtain a PNG Commission of Inquiry report that was presented to Sir Michael Somare and which has not been made public as yet?
Which unpatriotic Papua New Guinean was motivated to sell Motigate to the Australian newspaper?
Was it a politician? Was it a public servant? Who was it?
I am willing to become the chairman of an inquiry into “Who leaked or sold Motigate to The Australian”.
The timing of this report in the Australian newspaper is questionable as PNG prepares to elect its prime minister.
