As one

For as far as one could see
What the other would want to be
If only they both could agree
Upon one thing other than thee

For as much as one could give
What the other would want to leave
Non of one would retrieve
What they both could achieve

For as long as one could breath
To show the other of what they need
Then one of both would have to plead
For the other to be relieved

For as deep as one could love
To find the other from up above
If only they both could carve
Then for love, they would not starve

For as much as one could have
One of both would have to serve
If only, they both had the nerve
To be together forever, is all they deserve

Rape of the land and owner

For 10 000 years and more
I will have loved you still
Says Old Man
To the land

Generations came and went
10 000 later
Your foolish sons
Sell your honor
Just like they do
Their daughters

Mother Earth
Once was a black woman
Chants the sorcerer
Today she wears a marriage grown
Some foreign bastard
Is marrying her off

Where is her family?
Her tears - black as her heart
Soils the white garment - who cares though?
Her question has only one answer
Who will answer it?

Please don't let Poor Old Man
Turned in his grave

Falsify

Your beautiful smiles
Hide a painful lie
One you have maintained
For such a long time

I cannot help but notice
The look in your eyes
The kind a prisoner flashes
From within bars so high

And yet you pretend so casually
As if you are all right
But the haunted spirit you carry
Calls to me at night

You show no signs of worry
But I hear your breath subside
And you seem to be choking
Between your telling of lies

You wish not to be weak
But how can you deny
That you are only human
And cannot be strong as all times

How you falsify
The greatness for which you strive
And the image you portray
Is a betrayal of life

You have no pride
In the person you are inside
And the price you pay
Is a life falsified
