Listen to her
She had a bad day at work
She is all creaked
Just give her a hug
Do not start with a tug
She needs no solutions
She needs emotions
Give her a kiss
And show her she's missed
When she gets loud
Just listen to the sound
Show her it is OK
Tell her she always gives a KO
All you have to is just listen to her
All you men out there

Wealth
Wealth is like a crystal-clear brook,
It flows perpetually where nobody can
Obstruct its free-flow.
You only use your mug in your hand,
And fetch enough to quench your thirst.
Wealth is like a scarlet woman who is not
Faithful to one partner but goes from
Partner to partner.
You only enjoy your turn and forget about
her for she will not be faithful to you.
Wealth is like the sunshine where it is new
Every morning. You only enjoy its splendid beam
As it shines on you.
The sunshine doesn't have a barn, so does wealth.
So then don't toil day and night to store it up.
Your wealth today may flee from you tomorrow,
As it is on an everlasting move from
Man to man.
No body has ever collected all the wealth of this
World and stored it up, and so nobody will do it.
Wealth is not for storing up but it is for enjoyment.
Therefore, enjoy it as the sunshine, knowing that it
Will be new every morning.
Don't toil day and night to store up wealth since you
Don't know when you will
leave for the land of never-return.

Family
When hurt
We refuse to acknowledge the existence of pain
We try to defuse it of all its power
But do we really know its limits?
When in doubt
Trust and devotion comes from unconditional love
Loyalty is merely a function of self interest
Can we differentiate between
Christian morality and
basic human instincts?
When insecure
We insulate ourselves with positive thinking
to prohibit the entry of hurt, doubt and insecurity
Isn't that why we have family?
If you see your life as if
you're in a boat that is sinking, do not bail;
You have the power to
make things right, its all in the mind;
But if you must fail;
Remember that love is the key
to open doors of any kind

Inner city plea
Save the whale and the spotted owl
Save the rain forests and the ecology
But who's concerned about saving me
Save the oil, the gas and the gold
But what about us
Haven't we suffered enough?
Save a toea - save a kina
While our next generation is doing time
Save a country that is my own
Save a thief at a savings and loan
Save enough to accumulate more wealth
But what about the people in the streets
Don't care enough to save our race?
We're not asking for handouts anymore
Because with this statement
We are declaring a political and
conscious raising economic war -
Actions speak louder than words
So act now to our inner city plea
Because if you act too late
No telling what you may see
You've seen the riots, the fires, rapes,
and the floods
Now what are you going to do?
Because the same troubled waters
that surround us now
Will also drown you.
