Guitarist in the making

Six year old Andrew Benny from Ianu in the Cloudy Bay area of Abua district in the Central province, is struggling to strum the guitar.
Although his hands can barely reach the guitar strings, he holds the instrument with confidence and sees himself one day playing on stage before a large audience.
Young Andrew was part of a church gathering at the Inau Christian Revival Crusade church camp recently. Congregations from local churches from Newtown and Lalaura attended the three day camp.
During the three days the Chairman of the CPCC, Pr Biliso Osake taught on the foundational (or motivational) Gifts of God the Father.
He said the reason why many Christians don't function well in the church today is because they don't know what their gifts are.
A person who knows his/her gifts is more productive in the church. There are three gifts given to the church by the Trinity. They are gifts of the Father, gifts of the Holy Spirit and the ministry gifts of the Son.
Pr Biliso said many teachers of the Bible were emphasising too much on the gifts of the Holy Spirit and the five-fold ministry gifts of the Son but neglected teaching on the gifts of the Father.
It's also one of the reasons why a church doesn't grow. The Trinity left us three tools (gifts) to build the church up. Some churches are struggling to grow because they are using two tools instead of three.
Pr Robert Baumara of Ianu local church said he learned a lot from the teachings, things he previously didn't know, such as which gift the Christians were equipped with, but now he can identify their gifts.
He can now use the person with the right gift to do a certain job within the church.
