WHAT should have been Team PNG’s successful hunt for more SP Games medals in the field and track events in Apia yesterday was ruined with news that lawn bowls champion and gold medal favourite Peter Juni had been struck from his singles competition for drinking alcohol while playing.


A more sober Juni on his way to winning the gold for PNG in the pairs event last week.
