K1.5m facelift for Stop ‘n’ Shop

THE CPL Group of Companies has opened its new-look Stop ‘n’ Shop supermarket last Wednesday night in downtown Port Moresby.
The supermarket was renovated at a cost of K1.5 million to accommodate its ever-growing customers in the city.
The City Pharmacy on the top floor was relocated to the main store area below the downtown plaza and the fast-food bar was extended and rearranged.
CPL Group managing director Mahesh Patel also disclosed his company signed an deal with the TAFE College which would enable its students to do internship training with the company.
He said they had earlier spent K2 million on the bakery at the North Waigani Stop ‘n’ Shop.
