Played under the patronage of Prime Minister Sir Michael Somare, the Cup is sending the small government station into frenzy.
People living along Magi Highway and onto Kwikila Road are talking about the upcoming Somare Cup grand final.
Initiated by former NCD Governor and National Alliance strongman, Wari Vele, the Rigo League is the only well coordinated competition in the Southern region apart from Port Moresby.
