New programmes to be set up to improve discipline BOY Scouts and Girl Guides are to be introduced in all schools in Morobe to improve discipline among the students. Lack of discipline among students was a major problem in schools in Morobe, senior educator in Morobe Joe Solulu said. Mr Solulu said the introduction of the Boy Scouts and Girl Guides into schools was to improve students’ behaviour and attitude. Mr Solulu said the 20 primary, high, secondary and vocational schools in the Lae district would be the first to take introduce the Girl Guides and Boy Scouts programmes into their schools. “This would be compulsory to all schools in Morobe.”
