Finals for hockey

THIS weekend promises to be a thriller for Port Moresby Hockey Association in the men’s and women’s teams as they head into the elimination finals to determine the four finalists who will vie for the major honors.
In the men’s A grade, Hornibrooks United have secured the minor premiers followed by Airways Sunam and Bismarck whilst fourth place is still up for grab s between IMC, Rapatona and PNG Gardener. The teams who win their matches will secure the fourth place enabling them to qualify for the semi finals.
In women’s A, PNG Gardener are on course to win their second premiership closely followed by Hornibrooks United and Airways Sunam.
