Law firm should pay up

AFTER my brother died, his employer handed his entitlements to Warner Shand Lawyers to distribute to his beneficiaries.
It is now six months since his death and my dad, who is one of the beneficiaries, has been repeatedly fronting up at the Goroka office, only to be told that their Lae office has not released the money yet.
The money rightfully belongs to my dad, and yet these people are making my dad, who is an illiterate, simple village man, look like a fool by giving all kinds of excuses.
He lives in the village and has to make these trips into town just to check on the status of the payment, only to be told that it is not ready.
It is a waste of his time and money to get what is rightfully his.
There is something wrong with the service provided by Warner Shand staff.
Either they don’t have any conscience to help people or they think they are too big to handle small people’s issues.

Utu Madu,
Ramu
