Support for Kumuls
LAE Builders & Contractors Bombers coach Boga Tau and Lae SP rugby league president Russ Kaupa have praised Telikom PNG Kumuls selectors and Papua New Guinea Rugby Football League (PNGRFL) for the fair selection of the players in the national side. The Kumuls team of 25-man squad left on Monday for one match in Wales and four in France including two test matches.
Kaupa and Boga were disappointed about their two LBC Bombers players Eki Ene and Dustly Mockley who were initially at the camp but dropped from the final selection but reaffirmed their confidence and trust with the team. “Despite my two players missed on the final 25 -men squad to play in Wales and France, I am delighted over the overall selection. I have confidence on the selectors, coach Adrian Lam and the PNGRFL for the job well done.
