Frustrated over poor services by MAF
airlines
I AM frustrated with MAF airlines operation, especially
Rumgenore and Kiunga base where it is serving poor passengers into remote
areas.
Its lack of confirmed flight schedules have left many of us unsatisfied and
upset.
MAF flight schedules are done daily, for example, if the response for
Monday’s flight is poor, that flight will be cancelled until the following
Monday.
And because of this reason, passengers and goods are left stranded as there
is no other option.
With major airlines company, excess payment doesn’t include basic service
fee.
But MAF does that, say an excess of 8kg, we are charged 8kg x K3.50/kg = K28
+ K20 basic service fee for a total of K48.
That’s very expensive for us. So MAF, we call on you to provide a standard
service.
