A SECURITY guard was punched and stabbed to death during a dance at an oil palm estate in Lakuramau in New Ireland last Saturday.
Police are questioning three suspects.
In Kokopo, a security guard manning the Skowhegan service station was stabbed in the chest by a man who was believed to be drunk.
The victim has been warded at the St Mary’s Vunapope Hospital.
A suspect has been detained.
Police have also detained a man who is alleged to have broken his wife’s arm with a tree branch at Gunanur Plantation in Kokopo during a domestic quarrel.
