Invest in HR and
keep records
I REFER to the report about the Lufa MP calling for leaders
to work together for the good of the electorate (Oct 31).
It was a good move.
While the MP has pointed out the things he has done in the last five years,
he was returned because he has better development strategies than his
rivals.
Is he going to implement what he promised?
Is he going to invest in human resource over the next five years?
Does his office or the LLG have records of graduates in high schools,
colleges and universities, and what all these students are doing now?
Investing and keeping record of the electorate’s human resource is a form of
good governance so that the future MPs for Lufa are able to get in touch
with Lufa elites should they need assistance in one way or another in
respect to development in Lufa.
