NATIONAL Capital District (NCD) men and women have both qualified to play in the finals of the 3rd Coca Cola and Super Value Store PNG Games bowls competition at the Lae Bowls Club today.
Tournament Director Albert Barakeina confirmed the finals round of competition and said all the finals in the pairs and triples will be played today to determine the medal play off tomorrow.
“All the games are completed on time in preparation for the finals to be played today in the pairs and triples competition before we move into the medals play off to determine who will play for the gold and silver medals,” Barakeina said.
“The singles and fours competition will be played tomorrow afternoon after the finals of the pairs and triples get underway this afternoon. We will have the double medal presentation on the pairs and triples and the singles and the doubles on Friday to complete the 3rd PNG Games competition,” he added.
