Queries raised over PATTAF partiality

THE acting minister counsellor of AusAID (Nov 14) did not fully answer my questions.
The core of my concerns of partiality is not on the part of ADS but rather on the part of PATTAF before all the applications are sent to respective institutions for final approval.
Is the process here in Port Moresby thorough and impartial?
Is careful and fair consideration given to all the shortlisted candidates?
What about those who have gone past their prime productive years – 50 years old and above?
There are some recipients who fall in this category.
How many years of active service can they give to this country upon return from their studies before retiring?
You may also want to shed some light on students in Australia who get pushed out from top universities to lower ranking universities because they simply cannot cope with university studies.
Were they selected on merit?
What about relatives benefiting from ADS?
Someone from PATTAF office should shed light on these questions.
