Bart’s reply summed up as ‘hypocrisy at its best’

BART Philemon’s criticism on the K10 million allocations to districts by the current Government in his reply to the 2008 Budget can be best summed up as “hypocrisy at its best”.
Is this the same Philemon who always cries in front of the rural people telling them that he is crying because vital services are not reaching them?
I say that he is a hypocrite.
He shed false tears on many occasions in public but we now know that your tears were no more than to win sympathy for yourself and your party to form government.
This Government, through the Treasurer and the Planning Minister, has delivered a budget that is set to cater for everyone – from rural to urban areas.
I think you have misapplied the economic and political theory of this country during your term as treasurer and deputy leader of National Alliance.
You should applaud this Government because it has acted upon your tears by putting money where it rightfully belongs, and that is the people in the districts.
