Fox coach is as
cunning as ever

THE Telikom National Soccer League Cup competition is reaching its peaks as the it is progressing into game number four round one this weekend.
Madang Fox FC will go for a bye this weekend with one point and at the bottom of the ladder trailing behind Besta Madang Fighters and Hekari United.
According to Madang Fox coach Bobby Morris, the team is working hard to make its way up in the games ahead.
“I have identified our weaknesses and am working on a game plan that will correct weak areas,” Morris said.
He said their defence was not up to standard and that was where he was spending most of his time. He said his boys also needed to polish up on attacks and recovery at the same time.
“Our bye this weekend will give us enough time to do game analytical work on the past games and come up with something better so that we can bring ourselves up the ladder.”
Morris said that his team will make its way up to be one of the top fours. He said most of his boys are new young players and lacked mental confidence but this won’t be a problem in the team’s performance.
“I believe in my boys that they will make it to the top from here,” he said.
Morris said they are importing a goalkeeper from Lae and this will be a big help to the team.
“We will be more prepared for the next weekend games with Besta Madang Fighters at our home ground in Madang.
“Besta is a good strong team but we know their style of play so it will be good for us. I know my boys will do well this time,” he said.
Morris appealed to all Fox supporters in all the NSL venues to continue supporting them as his boys were capable and could do it.
