PORT Moresby Men’s Softball Association will hold a special delegates meeting to adapt the draft constitution of the association at Elcom Training College Theatre next Wednesday.
The meeting was supposed to be held last year was finally scheduled for next Wednesday.
Port Moresby Men’s Softball Association president Watson Naso said yesterday that the same meeting will also agree to the 2006/2007 financial report that did not get presented at the last annual general meeting will be put forward for consideration.
The meeting will be chaired by life member Henry Kila. Following the meeting, a light refreshment will be hosted at the Elcom club.
Naso said he expects all the club delegates to be available for this very important meeting. The meeting starts at 5pm.
Meanwhile the association will host its final game this week before they break for the Christmas and New Year break. The break will be for two weeks and the competition resumes on Saturday, Jan 5.
